LIFETIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
Every residential floor a certified SCC dealer installs is covered for life. Not five years. Not ten. For as long as you own the home, your coating is warrantied against peeling, delaminating, chipping and hot tire pickup. If the system fails, your dealer comes back out and makes it right. There is nothing extra to buy, no registration card to mail in and no coverage tier to upgrade to, because the lifetime term is built into the install itself. It is the same standard Shannon has held every crew to for 30 years, and it follows the floor, not the paperwork.
5-YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Commercial floors take a different kind of beating, so the coverage is written for the job site. Every commercial install from a certified SCC dealer carries a full five year warranty, and that includes sport courts, warehouses, showrooms, kitchens and service bays. Forklift traffic, pallet drops, hot wash downs and constant foot traffic are exactly what these systems are engineered for, and the warranty backs the same failures the residential term does. One call to your dealer opens the claim. No deductible, no depreciation schedule and no debate over who owns the problem.

DELAMINATION
If the coating lifts or separates from the slab under normal use, we cover it. This is the failure mode that destroys a concrete coating’s value, and it’s what poorly-installed coatings do most often. Our warranty stands behind every certified SCC install against it.
UV STABILITY
If the coating yellows, fades, or breaks down from sun exposure, we cover it. Sullivan’s systems are UV-stable by design. The warranty stands behind that promise.
